Please provide a level, clear outdoor area that can comfortably fit a 3 m × 3 m tent, relaxation loungers and a spa bath. We also need nearby water access and a safe electricity point that we can reach with an extension cord.
Yes — we currently deliver to Johannesburg, Midrand, Pretoria. Travel within the metro is included in the price.
Nothing at all. We arrive early, set everything up, and pack down afterwards so your space is left exactly as we found it.
Cancel for a full refund, or reschedule once at no charge, at least 72 hours before your booking. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If unsafe weather or a Wellthy service issue prevents the setup, you may choose a new date or a full refund.
Absolutely. Add their address and a note at checkout and we'll treat it as a surprise delivery.
